Time out while connecting

When i try to load in a public match on zombies the loading screen pops up then goes dark after a minute it brings me back to the main page and says “Timed Out” on the top right of the screen. How do i fix?

Hi, your PC needs to be able to load the map in less than 90 seconds or you will get this message.
