why i have a ban?

Hello dear AWOG team, yesterday I played free for all on your servers and used the perk sitrep pro and played at full volume. If you have played mw3 before then you would surely know that you can hear the opponents’ steps very well and sometimes almost over the whole map, even with a bad headseat. I have never hacked and would not make it that I was banned even though I haven’t even hacked, I don’t understand. the opponents in the lobby weren’t particularly good either and I’ve been playing the game since it came out lg React_Lahner
