Best is to rent a dedicated server, next best thing is a VPS. There is not any good service that will rent you a pluto server directly. iiric there are a few but they all run it under linux and wine which still causes some issue.

you can already vote on our servers to change maps, changing game modes on TDM/SD servers however seems counter intuitive. The bots are only there to help fill up the servers, what amount of bots would you suggest?
The plugin obviously does loop up the pid first, @processinfo is way too limited due to the .net framework not exposing a lot. There is no way to set-up something for a single server.
