I got banned and the stated reason was that “you appear to be cheating” I am banned in subbase map the anticheat system banned me for what?

You should have a demo folder inside your userraw folder.
Either just upload the whole folder or the single demo file for that round. -

Check your mods for a awog.at folder, I think iw4x handles demos for mods a bit different and that there should be a extra demo folder in that mod folder.
