With release of r2794 of Plutonium every Plutonium game has voice chat support.

There are currently no ways to mute players server sided when abusing VC
so expect normal bans for breaking server rules regarding VC. However the necessary things will be added in the future so it will definitively changed to permanent mutes after that.
